Nic Prenger, J.D. Founder/CEO
Nic Prenger founded Prenger Solutions Group in 2018 to help nonprofits modernize their communications and fundraising. He is passionate about using technology to help nonprofits raise more money with fewer headaches – a passion shared by each and every member of the PSG team. A former prosecutor, Nic worked for the U.S. Senate Finance Committee in Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Iowa. Andy Schroeder, MBA Vice President of Digital Services

Ashley Winans, MPA Chief Operating Officer
Ashley has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, including annual and capital campaigns, communications, marketing, and project management. Ashley provides strategic leadership, direction, and administration in her role as Chief Operating Officer at PSG. Before being named COO, she led our Client Services division. Ashley is passionate about our clients and continues to be seen as a trusted advisor in her consulting work.
